- Skills upgrade for 49 Community health workers to work in the 8 Community Health centres
- Provision of Programing and Coding Training to 148 Young learners
- Installation of sporting facilities @ 2 Schools with water purification facilities – Mnyamane and Mmonampane
- Construction of Ntoampe Secondary School Admin Block
- Makgopa Primary- Admin Block and Classroom Block
- Majoe a Kgoro – Admin Block, Classroom Block for Grade R and Nutrition Centre
- Promoting food security and hunger alleviation by the implementation of food tunnels Program in 42 ECD Centres in Twickenham, and benefited a total of 1012 Children
- Assisted 960 families within the Twickenham areas with food parcels for a period of three months during April to June 2021
- Extended the provision of food parcels and Covid protection packs to 42 ECD Centres to prepare them to re-open after easing from Alert Level 4 to 3.-Non funded ( by DSD) ECD centres ability to supplement food at the schools
- Supported 12 Goat farming enterprises – improving farming techniques, gearing towards commercial faming and access to formal markets
Outcomes and Early Impact
- Improved infrastructure in the education sector has enabled improved learning and teaching conditions
- Improved hygienic health conditions
- Improvement capacity of health system and resources to enhance the quality service - upskilling of the Community Health Workers for
- Advocacy awareness amongst community members on Non-Communicable diseases
- Commercial participation of local enterprises during the construction phases
- Hunger alleviation/reduction and promotion of food security amongst vulnerable groups e.g. ECD children and their parents
- Income generation/upgrade through linking local agricultural enterprises to markets
- Creation of temporary jobs and supported jobs during the implementation or all social projects
